Refund policy

Standard prints
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act.

The item must be returned in its original condition. The customer covers the return shipping cost.

Custom prints
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products (Right of Withdrawal Act §22 e).

Custom prints cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded unless the item is damaged or incorrectly produced.

Complaints
If the product is damaged, incorrectly produced, or damaged during transport, you are entitled to a new production or replacement at no extra cost.

Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time, and no later than 2 years after receipt (cf. the Consumer Purchases Act).
